The Historic Village of Marshallton Civic Association  meets on the second Thursday of each month.  Meetings are held at the Mill Creek Fire Hall and begin at 7:00.  Annual dues are fifteen dollars per household, ten dollars for a senior citizen household, and twenty-five dollars for businesses (includes a Merchants page listing).  The association is working hard to beautify and enhance the community.  We work closely with State, County, and local legislators as well as the New Castle County Police to keep the community safe, preserve her beauty, and maintain her historic integrity. For additional details, refer to the association Bylaws.
